The Founder

Vet100 was founded by Randy Gettys, an active-duty Navy service member currently stationed at JUSMAG-K in the Republic of Korea, separating from active duty in 2026 after years of service.

While serving overseas, Randy watched shipmates — skilled, dedicated service members — struggle to navigate the VA disability claims process. Too many veterans were underrated, denied, or simply gave up because the system was too confusing. Claims agents charged thousands of dollars. Free tools were scattered, outdated, or incomplete.

Randy built Vet100 off-duty as a command-approved Outside Business Activity (OBA), writing code between watches and after hours. The goal was simple: give every veteran the same quality tools regardless of their ability to pay.

Why Vet100 Exists

The Problem

The VA claims process is notoriously complex. Veterans must understand VA math, diagnostic codes, nexus requirements, C&P exam expectations, secondary conditions, and appeals — all while transitioning out of service or managing service-connected health issues. Paid claims companies charge $3,000-$6,000+ for help that should be accessible to everyone.

The Solution

Vet100 provides 23 veteran-focused tools in one platform — completely free for veterans, always. From the combined rating calculator to C&P exam prep, nexus letter drafting, buddy letter templates, secondary condition mapping, TDIU guidance, appeals tracking, and more. Every tool is designed to walk veterans through the process step by step.

Free for Veterans, Always

Vet100 is and will always be free for individual veterans. The platform is sustained through VSO (Veterans Service Organization) subscriptions — organizations that serve veterans at scale pay a modest fee for coordinator tools, roster management, and bulk access features.

Veterans never pay. Period.

Our Mission

Every veteran earned their benefits through service. Vet100 exists to make sure every veteran can actually get those benefits — without paying a claims company, without navigating the process alone, and without leaving money on the table because the system is too complex.

If you served, you deserve the tools to claim what you earned. That is what Vet100 is for.
